Writing a Google AppScript for Google Sheets

Writing a Google AppScript for Google Sheets that will allow me to look up from a list of urls whether a video is available in hd quality or only sd. I suspect this can be retrieved from "contentDetails.definition" in the YouTube API. If possible, please provide notes in the script so that I can see how it works!
