Google Apps Script & Google Site Developer Needed

I am trying to create a script that automates a google site template. I have a google sheet where the majority of information is taken from (Charts and explanations) and a google map that is embedded. There is an example website included. It doesn't have to look exactly like this and I am open to suggestions as far as layout. All paragraphs that are located next to the charts are found in the Google Sheet - TrendsColumns tab - Column BV.

Let me know if any further explanation is needed.

I am also open to the process in which it is created, but my idea is that I create a folder within google drive that has all the needed files and running the script from there.
