Google AppScript for Daily Emailing

I'm in need of a Google AppScript expert to create a script to automate daily emails from Google Sheets.

The script should:
- Email a specific range of data from the sheet wih the same formatting as in Google Sheet
- Format the email content as an HTML table
- Use a subject line of "FILE for {email sent date}"
- Run automatically on a daily basis

Ideal skills include:
