Project Title: GSheet script to roll back version history and copy data

Requirements:
- Script to lookup specific cell values (a few particular columns) in previous versions of a Google Sheet (once for every day since the sheet was created)
- Script should copy the selected cell values to a separate workbook (create a sheet for each column and then add the copy of the historical column from left to right to the new sheets)
- The script needs to run only once

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
- Proficient in manipulating and accessing data in Google Sheets
- Familiarity with version history and the ability to roll back changes
- Good understanding of scripting languages and automation processes
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate copying of cell values to the separate sheet

Note: This project requires expertise in Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and data manipulation. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating scripts that automate tasks in Google Sheets and have a good understanding of version history and data copying.

The current version of the worksheet must NOT be modified in the process.
