help downloading files with python selenium

I have some python selenium code that was been working for ages. When I started working today, it appears that python does not recognize the folder path to save files when downloading through selenium webdriver. The code works flawlessly to download the file, but then rather than saving it in the folder, a 'Save As' pop up comes up for each file that I am trying to download. It doesn't matter how much I try to tweak the chrome driver options and add different arguments / preferences, I can't get it to work. I don't have a ton of time to research this today, so I need some help ASAP. I have attached a screen print of my selenium webdriver arguments and preferences. I am downloading advertisement data from facebook.
