Write a google app script to import data from website realtime in a google spreadsheet

Hello,
I need someone who can support me with the following project. We want to import data from a website into another google spreadsheet (real time). We are currently working with the importXML function, however there seem to be to many request at one time, which is why the information wont load.
Date of the website: Titel, Price, selling unit etc.
I will share more details once the project is awarded.
