Willow Tree Campsite booking and payment workflow
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run multiple campsites in Malaysia; I use google forms for the bookings, and currently I then do an automated process to transfer form result data into invoices on separate sheets.
That part is fine
What I would like to is automate the invoice generation (into pdf format) and link to a payment system (eg payPal or Stripe) so the whole flow is non-contact
The challenges include:
* each campsite has different booking configurations
* we need to crosscheck against booking so we don't double book sites
* we have different bank accounts that payments go into, depending on the campsite
there are other considerations but these are the main issues
as we are using google forms and sheets, I assume that app scripts will be our go to development environment but happy to discuss
