Web tool to merge two PDF pages into one page

We have a small online shop and we need to merge two input files into one result file. I attached the an example with input and output pdf files. I blackened some private customer data so you can ignore the black lines.
We need a web hosted tool where we can upload the files and then get the pdf as a result. Also bulk should be possible. At the moment we need to do this manually every day.
