Take google forms and imbed to auto sendd times from other spreadsheets through google app scrips

There are 2 small projects from google forms/surveys already created. They need created in google app scrips to send on particular dates and times of every day Monday through Friday at 12 and 5 automatic through google app scrips to my employee for auto update on work progress. This is very easy, copy html, enter in schedule. For someone that knows what they are doing it's 30 minutes max
