Student attendance record with QR

I need an app created in Google Appsheet and keep records in Google Sheets. The functions are that every student should have their own QR code automatically generated in the Google Sheet with their student ID. The Google sheet should keep track of the entrance and the exit of the class. The students should scan their QR codes with my phone to be able to register their attendance. It should register in the Google sheet the hours, date and if possible the place where the user scanned the QR code.
