Secure Product Delivery Request Form using Google AppSheet

We require a programmer familiar with Google AppSheet to develop an intranet (secure) style app for requesting a curated list of physical hardware items to be shipped to a specific location - this is not an online shopping cart, it is a simple menu list selection.

Each order must be uniquely identified
Each order can be saved by the partner user as a draft
Each order can be submitted by the partner user
Each order can be marked with a status of on-hold
Each order can be marked with a status of shipped
Each order can be marked with a status of delivered

- Edit Name, Phone Number - email is locked
My orders
- Sortable/Filterable Table with all Order details
My shipping addresses
- Add/Edit Shipping Location
Add order
- Create new order screen, enter shipping location, add products

We require the following Administration User screens:

Product Catalog
- Add/Edit/Delete Product Category
- Add/Edit/Delete Product Item

Partner Representative Account
- Add/Edit/Delete Account

All Order Request List
- Sortable/Filterable Table with all Order details
- update Order Status (saved, submitted, on-hold, shipped, delivered)
- Delete Order

We need secure log-in screens, using validation from all external providers

We require the submitted Order Request to Trigger an Open Sales Order within our Inventory Management System - Unleashed (unleashedsoftware.com) via their standard RESTful Webservices API
