Scoreboard

I want to used google to build an easy to use scoreboard for my elementary classroom. I want to be able to award/take away points to individual students, have a leader board/stats, have it connected to a classroom store (purchases automatically deduct from points), I would like either sounds or images to occur when points are awarded, and be themed by either Harry Potter/Wizardry and/or The Hobbit/LOTR. I understand copyright issues, so it can totally be generic.
