Restore My Play Store Developer Account

My Play Store developer account has been terminated for a specific policy violation related to gambling or real cash apps, despite making necessary changes to comply.

I have attempted the advanced notice form and multiple appeals with no response. It's been almost 6 months.

Requirements:
