Online Intermediate English Language Instructor

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Course Facilitators to support Fujn in its English as a Second Language (ESL) learning program tailored for professionals. As an English Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class English language instruction, fostering an engaging, creative, and supportive learning environment, and helping professionals, across the globe, enhance their English language skills for effective communication in their careers.

Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, integrating a variety of teaching methodologies, activities, and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Create a learner-centered environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and real-world application of language skills.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting cultural sensitivity and respect for different backgrounds and perspectives.
5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them identify areas for improvement.
6. Be punctual to lead the programmed online live sessions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or any field with a mastery of English and a passion for teaching it. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners, preferably in a professional context.
3. Strong understanding of language acquisition theories, ESL teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity and precision.
5. Ability to create engaging and interactive live sessions that align with learners' goals and needs.
6. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
7. Proficiency in using technology tools.
8. Adaptability to adjust teaching approaches based on learner feedback.


• This is a remote work contract position.
• Compensation will be on an hourly rate basis.
