Invoice or Cash Requisition Generator
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am a management consultant and I am looking at developing a small requisition or invoice generator that one can use to generate requisitions and send for approval. This will be built on google sheet
The google sheet solution should have the following features -
- Serial number is generated sequentially and this can be used to generate a corresponding requisition or invoice number
-one can generate a requisition or invoice with items
- the requisition or invoice details can be stored in a table
-one can retrieve requisition or invoice and make changes ( but only when the invoice has not been approved)
-the approver can also retrieve the details as well for approval purpose.
- approver should be set for a minimum of 1 person and maximum of 2 (as this is for very small companies)
- the approver request should be routed through email
-notification of any action - request or approval should be sent to every actor
-once approved and sent to request for notification - a copy should be automatically be saved in a folder in google drive.
