Index website on google

I am looking for a freelancer to help me index my website on Google. The website had been live now for 2 weeks but its not indexing on google or any other search engine. I have used yoast to create robots.txt and sitemaps but still nothing happening.

Not sure what the problem is and therefore looking for someone who specialises in this.
