Google Cloud Setup

I am looking for someone to help me set up my Google Cloud platform for my web application having rest services. The specific service I need is App Engine, Google Cloud DB, connection of my app to this cloud DB and setup cron jobs on cloud. I require assistance with the initial setup of the platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Cloud and setting up App Engine, DB and google cloud CRON jobs. The project will involve configuring the platform to host my rest services. Person has to do setup by connecting to my laptop remotely.
