We are covid testing. We have an online form for patients to register their information and the information is stored on a google sheet.
We have two data sheets. 1. the patient information that they registered. 2. Patient test registration.
The patient registers and then comes to the testing site. At the testing site we use the app to search for the patient information that is on Sheet 1. When the patient is found, we tap the apply buton and the patient's information populates the intake form. There is a form text box to enter the barcode. Then we then tap register and the patient's information and barcode is saved to Google sheet 2, patient registration.
