Google App Script

I am looking for a Appscript Dev person who can help me populate data based on its Ids. Basically i have 3 Google Sheet, first one is the master sheet which has 4 different sheet in it. Second i have a working file which has all the data in Ids. Then the final output file which needs to be populated based on the working file and pull the data from master and populate the output file.
