Gmail download

I receive a lot of invoices - overall goal of the project is to automatically download those invoices from gmail, process them somehow had thought using adobe because they come in pdf format, and automatically add them to a google sheet page depending on which vendor the invoice came from. Open to all suggestions as to the most efficient way to get it done.
