As the client, I'm looking for a app developer who have a Google Play console account which is created before 13 November 2023 .
I want to upload an app too Google play store it requires to have 20 individual testers testing it before uploading .
It was Google pay Console policy which was updated and for the accounts which were created after 13 November 2023 .
So I am in the need of some one who can be able to share his account with me for one month of a period.
