Create Google sheet Add on to cerate Shift Schedule

HI all
Hope you are doing well,
I need to cerate google Sheet add on like below,

Need to fulfill below requirements

1. make sure there are not any shift time display bugs.
2. adding a dashboard(sheet) displaying hours worked per staff member/job(posts of staff members)
3.shift exchange permission(allowing staff members to exchange their shifts with one anther through email confirmation.
4. email notification to staff 1 day before work.
5. creating shift and user dropdown in the calendar
6.Quickly edit start and end times for single days without creating a new shift. - "User A's shift normally starts at 3:30 but will start at 430 one time.
7. grouping for weekly and monthly printing
