Coco - Health Insights
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Health records for developing countries. Alpha version. Three main objects (people, businesses eg clinics/hospitals/community centres, treatments/consultations/tests).
Eventual long term aim is to provide 'free for life' SaaS service to 90%+ of typical patients, solo professionals and small community clinics. Heavy users and for-profit users (eg large elective surgery clinics or those in developed countries) would pay a subscription fee.
Feed (news, reminders, notifications, appointments). Patients view, clinic view, professionals view, directory and search, appointments, test results, links to patients/family/professional/clinic/carers, access controls by feature and privacy permissions, links to resources (apps, preventative, videos).
Login with facebook, google, linkedin, twitter, email. Later also chase emails from all users.
API layer so we can add native apps later.
Google App Engine Golang mobile responsive site (software as a service web app).
Looking to engage with firm who can deliver alpha at fixed cost (this project) then quote for beta at fixed cost (next project) and v0.1 at fixed cost (third project) then time and materials to iterate 0.2; 0.3 etc to v1 and even up to v2 before we eventually open source or become self funding with a sponsor or freemium revenue. Potentially many projects here over the next two years.
Very flexible on what features go into which versions, small incremental projects are best for us.
Prefer someone who has done consumer and SME social projects before. Health or medical experience is NOT required and probably discouraged as we want to focus on patient and professional (eg nurse/doctor/specialist) user experience NOT medical or regulatory bureaucracy.
