Client Interaction Workflow Using Google Workspace and Twilio
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Client Interaction Workflow with Voicemail Integration:
1. Client Acceptance:
1. When a client is accepted for a project, enter their information into a Google Sheet.
2. Initial Client Onboarding:
1. Twilio retrieves the information from the Google Sheet and:
• Sends a welcome email to the client.
• Sends a welcome text message to the client's phone number.
• Places an automated phone call to the client, leaving a welcome voicemail message.
3. Project Acceptance and Scheduling:
1. If the client approves the project proposal, update the Google Sheet and push the information to Google Calendar.
2. Notify the client about the updated calendar event via email, text message, and a voicemail message.
3. Email, text, and leave a voicemail with the client regarding any necessary pre-project documents or links.
4. Project Reminder:
1. As the project start date approaches, send a text message reminder to the client with a link to any relevant materials.
2. Send an automatic email to the client containing any pertinent pre-project information.
• Place an automated phone call to the client, leaving a voicemail reminder about the project start date.
5. Post-Project Follow-up:
1. After the project is completed, send the client a link to any post-project resources via email and text message the following day.
2. Place an automated phone call to the client, leaving a voicemail with post-project follow-up information.
6. Ongoing Communication:
1. One week after the project completion, send a follow-up text message, email, and voicemail to the client to maintain engagement.
7. Client Anniversary Greetings:
1. On the anniversary of the client's onboarding, send a personalized email, text message, and place an automated phone call leaving an anniversary voicemail.
