iPot (Power of Translation) Real Time Windows Based cloud(online) language translation

Windows based real time conversation language translation program that always listens(microphone on) and translates with each party on hearing other party in their native language. We are open to suggestions on which one of the cloud platforms you will use for STT and TTS together with language translation. Example would be amazon polly, Google cloud, Azure, amazon watson, ect. Its imperative that we have ability to select sound input/output for each device SEPERATELY as to not have both participants hear both languages.

Attached is layout of the proposed work flow. Diagram for illustration purposes only. Consider this starter project as proof of concept and we only require a MVP(mimimum viable product) and when successful we will enlarge the scope of work.
