download pdf attachments from gmail to drive

I am looking to hire a freelancer with experience to help me with a task which involves using the google API's to download PDF attachments from gmail onto the google drive. The code will reside on a remote debian server CLI only. Experience with google API's is a must. Either Python or PHP.
