Google Workspace-Lark Suite Data Migration
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m moving our team off Google Workspace and onto Lark Suite and need an experienced hand to handle the migration end-to-end. The scope covers roughly 11–50 user accounts and must include every core element we rely on today—email, calendars, contacts—plus each mailbox’s existing folders and any user-level settings such as labels, filters or forwarding rules that can be replicated on Lark.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Pre-migration audit of our Google Admin console and Lark admin panel to confirm quotas, DNS readiness and user mapping.
• A clear cut-over plan that minimises downtime and preserves message integrity, calendar events (with reminders and recurring meetings intact) and contact groups.
• Execution of the transfer using whatever toolset you’re most comfortable with—IMAP, Google APIs, Lark Migration Assistant, third-party utilities—so long as the final state in Lark mirrors what we have today.
• Post-migration validation with me and a sample of users, plus a concise hand-off guide outlining any residual steps or best practices.
Success is defined by all mail, events and contacts appearing correctly in Lark, no missing folders, no duplicate items and no more than a few minutes of disruption per user.
