Google Verifed Project In console.cloud.google.com

i am looking for someone who has verified their google app (/project) in console.cloud.google.com. The app/project must have following scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic

if you know what you are reading then it think that's enough to explain what i am looking for..

1. Priority will be given whom project has more scope verified
2. Priority will be given to whom don't need the google account any longer and can transfer ownership to me.
