Google My Business API Expert needed

I'm looking for a software developer with significant experience working with the Google My Business APIs to do some consulting on working with these APIs, especially in regards to handling large volumes of accounts and bulk authentication. We are looking for a true expert here with significant experience with these specific APIs; we are NOT looking for general developers with experience with other APIs or even other Google APIs.
