Generating PDF files in Google folder and pupoluate the content in a spreadsheet file

Hi All,
I've software that has been built by PHP to generate invoices in PDF format, As a user when I click the export button the software should do the following:
- Create a folder in my google drive with the name (Invoices + today’s date).
- Generate the invoices and store them in the above drive folder.
- Create a google spreadsheet with name (invoices + today’s date)
- Populate the account numbers, invoice numbers in the above spreadsheet from the DB
- Populate the GDrive share links for each invoice file in the above spreadsheet.
- Populate the first name, second name, email address in the above spreadsheet from another spreadsheet using vlookup formula.
This project must be delivered using PHP and Google APIs, Please don't suggest any other programming languages or tools.
