I need help with setting up a google analytics account. Migration ga4 setup, conversions setup

I'm looking for help with setting up a Google Analytics account. I need assistance with both the migration to GA4 and conversions setup. I have existing data that needs to be migrated to GA4. Additionally, I do not have a clear understanding of how to interpret and apply analytics data, and I would appreciate some training on this as well. I also need to move the propery to another accounte ideal way is to do it during a screen share video call
