issues with tracking conversions in google analytics

i'm looking for an expert who can tell me why i don't see conversion from my webshop in google analytics. The company who has build this webshop is telling me that they did everthing following the google instructions, but still i don't get any data on conversion. So i need an analysis of why it's going wrong and how i can solve this in detail.
