implement analitycs and adwords reporting and taggin on simple website one page and booking steps

i need to have a very clear and good analytics / adwords reporting for my one page website with 3 step booking form (+ similar landing pages )
today we are a bit lost with the information we have on google analytics, client flow, adwords conversion rate...the current system need improvement
no coding is require but a good experience in google anaylitcs , adwords and reporting is needed, possibly data studio too
