GA4 help -- tag manager, tag configuration

I set up GA4 last December but after wasting a number of hours last month setting up and troubleshooting Google Tags (never mind Tag Manager, Tag Configuration, my word it so numbing and crazy making), I know what I don't know, and I don't know this. I need someone to sit down with me for an hour or two and get me on the right track.
