help me optimize a google ads campaign

you will help me optimize a google ads campaign.
this will consist of:
- setting up google pixel tracking (analytics) & GTM
- integrate the google campaigns with the pixels & track certain actions (UTM parameters) (click on whatsapp button, click on facebook button, click on phone call button) , so I want to know how many people came from "x" campaign and clicked on the facebook, whatsapp or phone call button.
- gather the data, and optimize the campaign after a few weeks.
my business is an automotive (auto tuning and exhaust shop) in the London area.
we will create and optimize this new campaign together over zoom calls.
the total length of the project will be a few weeks, as it takes time to get data to optimize the campaigns.
