GA4 and google tag manager

I have migrated to GA4 but capturing revenue isn't working correctly and we use an outside source for screen popper and email marketing but I can not get the tag they use to work and they need me to give them permissions to a tag and I can not find where to do that at

The owner will not let me share passwords or login info so I will have to explain my problem and share screen shots with them to hopefully give them enough information to help me get ga4 , revenue and ryzeo google tag working.
