Budget: $8 – $15 USD
The objective is to improve Our Ecommerce Websites digital performance, conversion tracking, advertising effectiveness, technical SEO, e-commerce optimisation, and secure reliable ongoing support for the website and digital assets.
The Site is Built on Wordpress/ Woocommerce.
1. Once-Off Deliverables
Suppliers must quote on the following once-off deliverables:
• Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking Implementation (GTM, GA4, Google Ads linking, GSC, Merchant Centre).
• Google Ads account audit, optimisation or full restructure.
• Technical SEO Audit including keyword research, competitor analysis, and prioritised task list.
• Website E-Commerce Best Practices & KPI Audit, including UX/UI recommendations and funnel walkthroughs.
2. Monthly Ongoing Deliverables
Suppliers must provide monthly retainers for:
• Google Ads management and optimisation.
• Website maintenance, uptime monitoring, content updates, minor development fixes.
• Basic SEO support.
• Reporting and ongoing optimisation recommendations.
3. Optional Services (Quoted Separately)
Suppliers may quote separately for:
• Advanced SEO campaigns and content production.
• Social media management and paid social campaigns.
• Email marketing automations and campaigns.
4. Service Level Requirements
Suppliers must describe their service levels including:
• Maximum response time for support requests (target: within 1 business day).
• Bug fixing policies and guarantees.
• Communication channels (email, Slack, project management system).
• Task logging and workflow processes.
5. Project Management Expectations
Suppliers must outline their approach to task management, use of project management tools, allocation of retainer time, and meeting cadence.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created must be transferred to Us upon payment, including designs, software, documentation, architecture, and marketing assets.
7. Pricing Structure
Suppliers must provide itemised cost estimates for:
• Each once-off deliverable.
• Monthly services (retainer-based).
• Hourly rates for ad hoc work.
• Any minimum contract terms.
• Any annual rate increases.
8. Proposal Submission Requirements
Suppliers must include the following in their proposal:
• A breakdown of deliverables and timelines.
• A pricing table.
• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Case studies or references.
• SLA and communication standards.
• Any assumptions or exclusions.
