analytics for website ctreating monthly reports for users on a directory site ,with analytics clicks on four different tabs and there profile page

I am looking for someone to develop an analytics feature for a website that would create monthly reports for users. The reports will track clicks on four different tabs, as well as each user’s profile page. Specifically, I am wanting to track the click-through rate.
