add google tag manager to all pages

I'm an existing business looking to add the Google Tag Manager tag to all of our webpages. We're currently using Google Analytics, and have a few other systems and solutions integrated with our website. I'm looking for a freelancer who can help us add the Google Tag Manager tag to all of our pages, so that we can better track data as well as measure and optimize our website performance.
