WordPress SEO Rescue Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My WordPress photography site, franzfoto.com, lost virtually all of its organic visibility after a recent rebuild. The old version ranked well; the new one is invisible for the service-related searches that matter. I suspect the overhaul left technical gaps and stripped out Google-friendly elements.
Right now every core area—keyword optimization, page loading speed, and the overall backlink strategy—needs a fresh set of expert eyes. On-page SEO is the immediate priority, but the root cause may also lie in mis-configured plugins, slow Core Web Vitals, or missing redirects. I am not sure which plugins were added or removed during the update, so a full audit is essential.
Scope of work
• Crawl the site with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush and deliver a concise technical audit highlighting indexation issues, missing meta tags, thin content and any URL structure problems.
• Fix or guide the fix of critical items directly within WordPress (Yoast/RankMath, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, schema, internal linking, proper 301s).
• Optimise key service pages and galleries for their target keywords—title tags, H-structure, alt text, body copy—ensuring the content stays visually appealing for a photography audience.
• Improve loading speed to hit a 90+ score in Google PageSpeed Insights where realistic, addressing image compression, caching, and possible plugin bloat.
• Outline a sustainable backlink strategy with at least a handful of actionable opportunities relevant to photography and art communities.
• Provide before-and-after metrics from Google Search Console and Analytics so we can clearly see ranking and click-through improvement.

• No critical errors or warnings in Search Console.
• Target pages indexed and ranking within an agreed timeframe.
• Confirmed speed and Core Web Vitals uplift.
• Clear, step-by-step documentation of all changes for future reference.
