Hi i am migrating my website from Kajabi to GHL.

Looking for a website SEO specialist to perform the following scope of work
Could you please tell me the time frame it will take to make this project happen?
Currently, the GHL site has not been developed (in the process of being developed)
I don't need all the pages from the Kajabi website
I do want the GHL site to rank very well so a clean and thorough migration is important to me.

I have broken the process up into 4 phases to make it clear that we are on the same page.
If there's anything missing that you need to do to make the process better please make it clear to me.

Part 1 - Benchmark The Current Website

Setup position tracking to monitor the websites current rankings
Take note of the current traffic the website is receiving

Part 2
Create A list of the Current URLs/Pages
Use the sitemap extraction tool to pull URLs from the sitemap
Use a backlink analytics tool to take note of the pages on your site with backlinks
Use Google Analytics to take note of which pages are receiving a google amount of traffic
Use Google Search Console to take note of which pages are indexed
Take note of which URLs/pages you are going to keep, delete or change

Part 3 - Pre Launch
Setup the 301 Redirects
Check the New Website For Errors
Run a site audit
Check the website manually for any errors
Technical and design checks
On page SEO checks
Check redirects are working
Ensure internal links are working
Dynamically generated and correctly formatted XML sitemaps and robot.txt
Load times
Setup Google Analytics

Connect the Domain
