Web site Data Analytics Expert - Search Console, G4, GTM & SEMRush

I need someone who is an expert in setting up and maintaining Google Tag Manager, Analytics G4, and Google Search Console, and SEMRush. This includes setting up custom insights for organic, social and PPC traffic. I want to receive a monthly report on each client. I will setup the initial GTM tag and G4 Property and then give you access to the property. Some clients only have 5-10 pages, but some clients have 100-150 pages and I want to know how you would want to be paid. I would like each client to be a fixed amount per month per client.

You will not set up campaigns, post social or work with the clients. I want someone who is an expert in these tools with a data background.
