We are looking for an experienced developer to help us integrate our AI Chat Agent, built on Voiceflow, with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to enhance lead generation and customer event tracking.
Key Requirements:
Event Tracking Integration:
Connect the AI Chat Agent to trigger custom GTM events based on user interactions (e.g., visit completion, user actions, etc.).
Lead Data Capture:
Configure the chat agent to capture and send customer details such as:
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Pass these details securely to GTM as dataLayer variables for further processing.
Seamless GTM Integration:
Push captured user details and interaction events to GTM.
Ensure data is properly structured for use in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other marketing tools.
Real-Time Data Flow:
Ensure data is sent in real-time or near-real-time to GTM to enable quick actions.
Testing & Debugging:
Verify the integration using GTM Preview Mode.
Ensure events are being triggered accurately and lead data is correctly captured in GA4 or other tools.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Voiceflow for building conversational agents.
Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Knowledge of dataLayer implementation for custom events.
Familiarity with data privacy and secure data handling.
Deliverables:
Fully integrated AI Chat Agent with GTM.
Custom GTM events triggered by chat interactions.
