Troubleshooting Google Ads Customer List Issue

I'm experiencing difficulties selecting my customer list in the "Your Data Segments" section of my Google Search Network campaigns. I'm not entirely sure if my customer list meets all necessary Google Ads requirements.

- The customer list has been uploaded correctly, as verified by myself.
- The campaign is exclusively utilizing the Search Network.
- I have attached screenshots for reference, but I'm unsure what's causing the issue.
