I am looking for a skilled developer to create a tool that will calculate the bulk engagement rate and average views for both Instagram and YouTube. The tool can be either web-based or a desktop application, as I have no preference. Additionally, it would be a nice addition if the tool also includes analytics and reporting features, but it is not necessary.
