Task with Google Sheets

I'm looking for someone to help me with a task involving Google Sheets. The main focus of this task is data analysis and I'm not sure what other external data sources may be used to populate the sheets document, or if I'll need formatting in a certain way. Therefore, I'm open to suggestions. I'm looking for someone who can not only handle the data analysis but also advise on the best way to set up the project. Thanks!
