Tableau Chart Help

I have an excel file I need your help to chart the following 2 questions into visualizations on tableau.
1. Finding the perfect target demographics with the appropriate clickthrough rates.
2. Understanding the ideal turnaround/decision making time per age group to convert and
retarget future social campaigns.
