Srategy for data driven E-commerce webshop

We have a webshop in aquarium needing’s like pumps, fishfood, heatings, liquids for growing plants and more.

Some stats:
• 215.000 users in 2021
• 355.000 sessions in 2021
• 130+ blogs
• 2.000.000 pageviews
• Conversion percentage 1.58%
• 753 products and more if you count variations
• Google Analytics installed

Your objective:
• Make a strategy for data driven E-commerce webshop
• Install the needed tools
• Help formulate KPI’s to measure
• Make custom tags/events for triggering data
• Make visible why we do less good in January and February 2022 compared to 2021
• Finding reasons why people dropout and give specific advice to fix that (if you can yourself preferred)
• Combine data and make dashboards in GA to control data
• Combine search console with GA and make a dashboard with opportunities
• Help set up A/B testing
• Able to measure recommendation to see if they work
