Setup Google Analytics for Mobile App

We have recently launched this app https://101pay.io. This app allows the small business owners to perform a number of useful functions such as creating and sharing invoices.
We would like to setup Google Analytics for this App.
We want to understand in detail what the user is doing and where the users are dropping off. So, for example, we would like to know (1) how many users started the registration and how many people completed the registration (2) how many user started creating invoices and how many completed (3) the amount of time they are spending on the app and the trend (4) Where are the places the users are dropping off (5) What countries are performing best, etc.
I am looking for someone to help setup Google Analytics setup and optimize it to provide us more accurate tracking. We can provide the key KPIs to track.
