Savvy Consultant that Understands Html, SEO Code, Optimization

Thank you in advance for your bid. We seek an established provider with excellent feedback. We need a savvy consultant that understands html page and optimization and help establish the following:
- Google analytics
- possible adwords
- Google stream
- SEO tags
- optimize our page
- setup inability for viewers to see the html code
We setup a webpage where viewers watch a movie preview (it is only one page) Next, viewers click to a payment page that leads them back to our page to watch the movie. The movie is pulled from a streaming service embedded into our page.
Provider must know how to navigate my Google to set up. I assume we will need to use service like Teamviewer to navigate my page. Also, we need to block ability for viewer to see our code so that they cannot detect our streaming service provider and techniques.
Consultant that will patiently answer my questions. Upon request I will send you link to the page to fully understand the needs. I would guess this could all be accomplished in one day.
